General Job Description:

While working within a team setting or alone, responsible for efficient and timely processing of screen printed and coated materials to the decorative lay-up and continuous laminator areas.Responsible for the continuing operation of production and support equipment throughout the facility, including framing and construction work, boiler, pneumatic, hydraulic, refrigeration, and HVAC systems. Must incorporate a proactive, predictive approach to downtime elimination.

Specific Job Skills:

• Good interpersonal communication, customer service, and time management skills essential.
• Ability to read, write and understand English required.
• Physical ability to hear, to see, to engage in repetitive motion of hands and wrists, some lateral movement of body, some bending, twisting and climbing stairs, standing/walking 94% and sitting 6% of the working day.
• Lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Must demonstrate general math skills.

Education and/or Experience:

• Pneumatic and hydraulic training or experience required.
• Fabrication experience required.
• Boiler operation and refrigeration training or experience a plus.
